The Types Of Parts That

Can Be Machined

It can be used to process a variety of materials, such as metal materials, non-metal materials and special materials (monel alloy, chromium-nickel-inconel alloy).

Special-Shaped Parts

Irregularly shaped parts usually have poor rigidity and require multi-position mixed processing of points, surfaces, lines, etc. The deformation and accuracy of such parts are difficult to guarantee, so it is difficult for ordinary machine tools to complete the processing, and CNC processing is required.
Disc, Sleeve, And Plate Parts

Such as aircraft, automobile parts, impellers, propellers, various curved surface forming molds, etc. It is difficult or even impossible to complete these parts using ordinary machining methods, while CNC machining can complete the machining of these complex curved surfaces with high precision.
